Step Out of Survival Mode. Step Into Your God-Given Peace.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
If you're a woman who feels overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from the peace you once had, you don't have to navigate it alone.
At Thorne Counseling, Wellness & Consulting, I provide warm, compassionate, evidence-based counseling for women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationships, and the many emotional changes that come with motherhood.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am, and it influences the way I approach healing, hope, relationships, and whole-person wellness. At Thorne Counseling, Christian counseling is available for women who desire to incorporate their faith, prayer, Scripture, or biblical principles into their therapeutic work.
You will never be pressured to discuss faith or participate in Christian counseling. Your beliefs, values, goals, and comfort level guide our work together.
My goal isn't simply to help you survive what's happening right now. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and a life that reflects your values and God-given purpose.

My Approach to Counseling
I believe counseling should be a collaborative process—not a place where someone simply tells you what to do.
Our work may incorporate evidence-based approaches and interventions tailored to your individual needs, goals, values, and circumstances. Depending on what you're experiencing, we may explore patterns of thinking and behavior, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, relationships, stress, coping skills, values, and spiritual well-being.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
We'll start where you are and work together from there.
Not sure if counseling is right for you? Let's talk.
Schedule a brief 10-minute consultation to share what you're looking for, ask questions about counseling, and determine whether Thorne Counseling may be a good fit for your needs.
You Don't Have to Stay in Survival Mode
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
— Matthew 11:28, KJV
You can take the next step.
